Awards & Recognitions
Voice and AI agents that answer calls, qualify leads and book appointments, plus automation for email, documents and orders, all posting into your business systems. When the AI isn’t sure, a person on your team decides.
Pick a workflow to see what comes in, and what the automation turns it into.
Agents that talk to your callers, answer from content you approve, and act in your systems. We build them on our own voice platform, VoAgents, so the pieces are already proven in production.
Answers every call, works out what the caller needs, replies only from verified content and routes urgent calls to staff straight away.
Calls new leads quickly, asks the qualifying questions, books a meeting into the CRM and passes hot leads to your sales team.
Agents that take a request from a call, email or form and complete it in your systems, with a person approving anything outside their brief.
Every item takes the same path. The confidence check decides whether it posts straight through or goes to a person first.
Email, PDF, scan or call arrives from its usual source.
The model classifies it and extracts the fields that matter.
Each field is scored and validated against your rules and records.
Below the threshold, items go to your team with the source alongside. Above it, they post straight through.
The result is written to your system and the run is logged.
Built on OpenAI or Claude models, hosted on Azure or AWS in North America. Need the connection first? See API & systems integration and ERP & CRM development.
Review happens in a screen built for the job: the source on one side, the AI’s reading on the other.
Systems we’ve built for order email, documents, drawings and phone calls.
The system reads inbound emails and their attachments, extracts the PO number, totals and vendor, matches them across more than 100 divisions and posts straight to the ERP. Known formats run on templates first, and matching improves as it learns.
PDF building plans are read automatically. Doors and windows are detected, dimensions extracted, and estimators get an interactive grid to confirm or correct before the takeoff is used.
AI reads around 1,000 emails a day across 28 mailboxes. It classifies each one, extracts the fields, matches it to the right ticket, and escalates anything it isn’t confident about to a person.
An email-integrated review app matches purchase orders to supplier acknowledgements and records a disposition for every line, with a complete audit trail across more than 100 divisions.
VoAgents, our own voice-agent product, answers and places calls, qualifies leads, books into the CRM and hands over to a person when needed. For Missional Software we built a multi-tenant receptionist that replies only from approved content and routes urgent calls to staff straight away.
Every field gets a confidence score. You set the line. Anything under it waits for someone on your team.
Set per field and per document type, and moved only when you agree.
Which systems it can write to, and which actions always need approval.
Nothing new goes live until your team has reviewed a sample.
Stop the automation at any time; every run is logged and reversible.
If a rule, a form or a straight integration does the job, we’ll build that instead. It’s cheaper to run, easier to audit and never has a confidence score. AI goes where the input is messy: free-text email, scanned documents, drawings, phone calls.
Prove it on your own volume before anything is rolled out.
We look at one workflow, sample real items and tell you what share can be automated, and whether it needs AI.
Built on your live volume with review on. You see accuracy per field before anything posts unattended.
Threshold raised as accuracy is proven, more document types added, and monitoring handed to your team or ours.
You own it. Code, prompts, review rules and documentation are handed over, whether or not Orion runs it afterwards.
Accuracy, data, and what happens when the AI is wrong.
It depends on the input, which is why we measure it on your own data during the pilot. You see accuracy per field before go-live, and the confidence threshold is set from those results, not from a vendor benchmark.
Anything below the agreed confidence threshold goes to a review queue instead of your system. A person sees the source next to the AI’s reading and approves, corrects or rejects it. Corrections are logged and used to improve the automation.
We build on OpenAI and Claude models, hosted on Azure or AWS in North America. The choice is made per workflow on accuracy, cost and your data requirements.
Data handling, retention and access are agreed per workflow before build and written into the engagement. Access to source documents is limited to what the automation needs.
Usually not. The automation posts into the ERP, CRM, helpdesk or mailbox you already use. If a system has no usable interface, we build the integration first.
You do. Code, prompts, review rules and documentation are handed over. Orion can run and improve it under a support agreement, but you are never locked in.
Tell us what arrives, how much of it, and where it needs to end up. We’ll say whether it’s worth automating, and whether it needs AI at all.
An automation specialist will reply within one business day.
